Pal Brides

We are an important Dhangar sub-caste. The first Indian woman (fifth in the world) to climb Mount Everest belonged to our community. Pal is a surname of many notable Indians like Bipin Chandra Pal, Jagdambika Pal and cricketer Rajinder Pal. Pal is also a gotra or clan of Jats found mainly in the state of Punjab and mostly of Sikh faith.
